NC-2009 EAp2: Minimum Energy Performance
In the item 9.4.1.2 (Space Control) of ASHRAE 90.1-2007, it is not clear if the lights of the classrooms/conference/meeting/break rooms have to be controlled only by occupancy sensors controls. Can the light in these spaces be controlled by a programmable timing control to comply with this item?

Those spaces are required to contain occupancy sensors.
