In v3, if 75% of an office complied, we were allowed to include the whole SF of that space in our calcs. I don't see the same language anywhere in v4...I just must not have noticed until this point.
What say ye? Are we now required to only count the exact SF that complies for all space types?

Correct, we can only count the exact SF that complies for all space types.
And be careful, for View Type 2, a "space or location qualifies if the line of sight is not intercepted by any permanent interior obstructions". View Type 3, does not allow permanent interior obstructions, "regardless of their height". "Permanent interior obstruction a structure that cannot be moved by the user without tools or assistance from special trades and facilities management". A LEED reviewer indicated this includes systems furniture.

This interpretation makes 0 sense! It means that you have to look straight at the person directly across from you.
