We have multiple tenants in our building, some of which are nonresponsive to requests for purchasing records. Can we exclude their purchases?

500 miles or 100 miles?

In the credit language above, and corresponding LEED User calculator resource states manufacturing and distribution should be within 500 miles of the project, but my LEED EBOM v4 book from LEED says within 100 miles. Everything I can find on LEED's website says 100. Can someone confirm it one way or the other? It would really help me out if it's 500 miles, but it seems unlikely.

It looks like you're mixing versions of EBOM when looking stuff up here. This page is for EBOM v2009 where it was 500 miles. In EBOM v4, that distance limit has been reduced to 100 miles (http://www.leeduser.com/credit/EBOM-v4/MRc1).
