Retail-CI-v2009 EAc4:Green power

50% of the "building's" electricity -- for Retail??

Our CI-Retail project accounts for only about 12% of the overall building. Do we really need to purchase electricity for 50% of the ***building's*** electricity use, as stated in the credit language? Or do they really mean the project's electricity usage? Thanks!
