NC-v4 EQc4:Indoor air quality assessment

4 Buildings and 1 maintenance building excluded

There are 4 biuldings being LEED certified, and one maintenance building. We did not include the maintenance building, but it is being questioned. What is the definition of buildings that have to be included in the IAQ testing? We upgraded to LEEDv4.1, but is it possible to downgrade?
