Our LEED-NC project is required to provide tenant guidelines per CIR 10102. The base building is planning to provide refueling stations for 3% of the total parking capacity (parking includes spaces for future tenants). It would seem that a future tenant pursuing LEED Retail-CI certification would automatically attain SSc3/Option 3/Path 3 by locating in this LEED-NC building. Am I looking at this correctly?
