In the LEEDUser's take on this credit there is a sentence that says, "There is no minimum threshold of recycled content that a product has to have to qualify, but each product contributes to the 25% threshold in proportion to its recycled content value."
What is the 25% threshold? Is that refering to the LEEDv4 threshold? In LEEDv4.1 the thresholds are 20% and 40%. Or does this refer to something else?
