We are a GC with primarily Federal Government construction contracts. We have a project that references the 2010 LEED AGMBC v2 and I cannot find it anywhere. The links at the beginning of this forum are all linked to the 2014 LEED Campus Guidance. I have found links to the 2005 guidance for rating systems using version 2, 2010 AGMBC October 2010 (Part I) but not the 2010 AGMBC Oct 2011 v2. Does anyone have a link to a copy of this version even if it has been officially replaced, our contract specifically references (2010, 28 Oct 2011 rev) 2010 LEED Application Guide for Multiple Buildings and On-Campus Building Projects Version 2.

Hi Francis,
I have a version released Oct 31, 2011. It doesn't say v2 or 2010 anywhere, but it has that release date on it. It has a couple of appendices with that release date also. If you want copies of these, I'm happy to provide them to you directly.

I too have three documents dated October 31, 2011. 1) LEED AGMBC For Use with 2009 LEED Rating Systems for Design and Construction and Operations and Maintenance 2) Appendix A - AGMBC Applicability for Credits and Prerequisites in LEED 2009 Design & Construction Rating Systems and 3) Appendix B - AGMBC Applicability for Credits and Prerequisites in LEED 2009 Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance Rating System. There are numerous references to the LEED AGMBC ver 2 and some which state it was published either October 28 2011 or near the end of October 2011. I find it odd that this document isn't archived somewhere such as at a university. The October 28, 2011 version is what I seek.

Hello Francis, If you reach out to us through the Contact page of the USGBC website (http://www.usgbc.org/contactus), and ask that your inquiry be routed to my attention, I should be able to help you obtain a copy of that document, but it would be the copy dated October 31, 2011. I think that for some reason there was some confusion on the release date that was printed on the document versus the date it was actually released or something like that, but in any case I don't believe there was actually a separate/different version released on October 28th of that same year. The one released on Oct 31, 2011 was, in fact, the one known as the 2010 AGMBC version/release/part 2.
