LEED Rating System Selection

10 existing villas project

My project is an existing sea resort complex which consists of 10 villas with kitchens. Which LEED rating system can I use? Do you believe that is better to be certified all the area or one villa?

Hi Adamatia,I think that LEED for Homes is your only option; which means that you'll be certifying each villa under LEED, though you should be able to group them to reduce redundancies. You might want to contact Energo Consultants in Milan and Belgrade; I believe they have Energy Raters on staff who can help you through this process.
