The intent of this credit is to reduce the number of occupants commuting to and from your project building by themselves in a conventional car. This may be accomplished through education about the benefits of alternative transportation and incentives for reducing conventional commuting, enhancing infrastructure for facilitating transit, and communicating the availability of these resources to building occupants.
Track and record monthly consumption of potable and non-potable water used for cooling tower makeup. This will require submetering capability for all cooling tower make-up water.
A narrative describing the conductivity meters, automatic controls, and the setpoints installed on each cooling tower must be included with your documentation. Be sure to include details about specific target concentration rations for each system.
