Broad knowledge of State and International Building Codes, OSHA, NFPA and JCAHO life / safety requirements, permitting and other local conditions.

Experience working on a variety of projects types with oversite from proposal phase, design, contract negotiation/bidding, construction administration and project closeout. Utilizing experience and background to aid the projects to successful completion while mindful of the proposed budgets and timelines.
