John Nichols serves as Director of Energy Analytics and Informed Design for Moseley Architects, a full-service architecture and engineering firm with more than 47 years of planning and design experience. John’s work focuses on leveraging data and other resources to inform key design decisions throughout each project, which are supported by energy and daylight modeling, life-cycle cost analysis, technology research, and strategy recommendations. He also works closely with building owners to identify additional opportunities for saving energy during actual operations.
