As the director of the LEED consultant team within Transwestern
Sustainability Services Dave guides the day-to-day project specific issues of
the existing buildings, new construction, commissioning and energy modeling
teams. Dave has been involved with 120+ LEED certified projects spanning 15
different rating systems and versions as well as every continent (except
Antarctica). Dave authored Transwestern's Platinum pre-certified Volume
prototype, 98 points were achieved making it one of the highest rated Volume
prototypes in the world. Immediately, Dave guided the team through the first
v4 Volume program in the world. Dave is currently authoring the first v4 BD+C
Volume prototype in the world.
Dave is a USGBC Faculty member with the WELL specialty making him one of
the first with this designation. His 10+ years creating and conducting
sustainable & health+ well being education make him a highly sought after
educator, his passion for inspiring is top notch.
Dave is also one of the first WELL Accredited Professionals in the world.
