BIO

Carla is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C) in Building Design and Construction, she holds a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certifications from the Association of Electrical Engineers (AEE). Carla holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and a Master’s in Engineering in industrial engineering from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayaguez Campus. She is an experienced commissioning and validation engineer with over 12+ of experience. She is well known for successfully leading and delivering several building commissioning and sustainability projects for the Federal Government in Puerto Rico, the Government of Puerto Rico, as well as Building Commissioning projects in the pharmaceutical environment in the US.
