Carissa is Certification Team Lead with Green Business Certification, Inc. (GBCI) and has been with the organization since November 2014. Carissa reviews LEED Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance project submittals, provides technical support for the LEED for Homes Rating System, reviews LEED for Homes project submittals, and audits EDGE project submittals. She leads a team of 3 Certification Reviewers. She has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. She became a Certified Energy Manager in March 2012 and a Colorado Licensed Professional Engineer in October 2012.
