It’s been just over a year since the United Nations International Labor Organization (ILO) published its latest report on Global Estimates of Modern Slavery. Forced labor worldwide has continued to increase: the latest estimate of the number of people enduring coercive work conditions is 28 million, including 3.3 million children.
