3 Moisture load control (1 point). Install dehumidification equipment with sufficient latent capacity to maintain relative humidity at or below 60%. This must be achieved through one of the following:- Additional dehumidification system(s).
- A central HVAC system equipped with additional controls to operate in dehumidification mode.
