Determining the recommended parking from the ITE study is really easy. You need to determine the type of school you are working with. This is located in the table of contents under the section for Institutional land use. There are different studies by school type; each has approximately two pages worth of data and is very easy to read and understand. For each school type, the study lists a recommended parking capacity either based on spaces per student or spaces per employee. If it lists both, you can decide what works best for your school.
