For mechanically conditioned buildings, NBC 2005 Part 8, Section 3 - Table 2
For naturally conditioned buildings, NBC 2005 Part 8, Section 1 - Table 9"

After the first paragraph add the following:
"Projects in India may use NBC 2005 Part 8, Section 1, clauses 5.2.1-5.6 and Appendix A: Design for Natural Ventilation from Handbook on Functional Requirements of Buildings (other than Industrial Buildings), also known as SP 41, 1987 as a local equivalent to ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2010, natural ventilation procedure."

After the first paragraph add the following:

Projects in India may meet the following as a local equivalent to ASHRAE 62.1-2010:

Add the following after the first paragraph in the Requirements section:

“Projects in South America may use the Brazilian “Certificado de Energia Renovável” (Renewable Energy Certificate) with additional parameters in place of Green-e Energy.”

In the section "Indoor Air Quality Policy for Maintenance and Renovations" edit the third bullet point to read:

The third new bullet should read: “Projects in East Asia may use filtration media classified as medium efficiency (中效过滤器) or higher as defined by Chinese standard GB/T 14295-2008 (空气过滤器).”

Add the following new option after Option 3:

Projects in Brazil that are certified at the “A” level under the Regulation for Energy Efficiency Labeling (PBE Edifica) program for all attributes (Envelope, Lighting, HVAC) achieve this prerequisite. The following building types cannot achieve this prerequisite using this option: Healthcare, Data Centers, Manufacturing Facilities, Warehouses, and Laboratories"
