The Montreal Protocol treaty mandated a complete phase out of CFC-based refrigerants by 1995, and HCFCs by 2030 in developed countries. If any tests are failed, flush-out and retesting are required and will have significant scheduling impacts. This could require several additional days. 

During the occupied phase of a flush-out under Option 1, Path 2, a minimum ventilation rate must begin at least three hours before daily occupancy and continue while the space is occupied (through the end of the business day, or other occupancy duration)
