Delete the following text in the subparagraph, "Providing a discounted parking rate is an acceptable substitute for preferred parking for carpool or vanpool vehicles. To establish a meaningful incentive in all potential markets, the parking rate must be discounted at least 20%. Under INPATIENT UNITS, revise the first sentence so that it reads, "A minimum of 90% of the inpatient units, staff areas, and public areas shall be..."

At the end of the last paragraph, add the following sentence:"Projects where no future development is planned are not eligible for this credit."

Change footnote text to, "For the purposes of this credit, low-emitting vehicles are defined as vehicles that are classified as Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEV) by the California Air Resources Board. Fuel-efficient vehicles are defined as vehicles that have achieved a minimum green score of 40 on the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE) annual vehicle rating guide."

Above the Campus section, add a Rating System Variations section that reads:

For multifamily projects, include all cleaning equipment under the control of property management. This includes at a minimum, all equipment purchased, leased, or used by contractors for the cleaning of the common areas and for the residential units during unit-turnover.
