The Reference Guide says that you must follow the 90.1 Section 5.6 Building Envelope Trade-Off Compliance Path and then extract system peak heating and cooling loads from the modeled outputs for the proposed and base envelope factors. COMcheck can be used to following the Building Envelope Trade-Off Compliance Path (with its 90.1 App C calculations), but there doesn't seem to be a way to extract the peak heating and cooling loads. Therefore, what software can be used to comply with this Path? Does that software also allow you to take credit for a measured air leakage rate less than the 90.1 maximum allowable leakage rate?
