NC-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

ASHRAE 62.1 filter requirement "minimum volumetric ozone removal efficiency of 40% filter"

I am researching HVAC filter manufacturers and none so far seem to be able to provide me documentation for a carbon filter that meet the minimum volumetric ozone removal efficiency of 40%. Does anyone know of a filter manufacturer that has a filter that meets this requirement and has a spec for it? Thanks for your help.
