We are working with the City of Portland on a renovation of a mostly warehouse building to have a a large maintenance garage for their city fleet cars and trucks, which occupies the majority of the major renovation. The rest of the area is admin/office. The building is fully conditioned, although it has large garage doors. We registered the project under LEEDv4 BD&C Warehouse and Distribution due to the main use of the building. Please confirm if this seems correct, or what other factors to consider.
