NC-v4 EAp2:Minimum energy performance

Baseline system for spaces served by Make up air unit with gas heat

Hi , I am working on a 100, 000 sqft office building with 50% of the spaces being storage which are served by MAU with gas heat, looking at the baseline system it comes with system 5 VAV with reheat , do i model these storage as system 5 and use the same cooling source that we have in baseline as in proposed or use some other system?

Are the storage system heating only? If so you could model the baseline as a System 9 and the rest of the building as a system 5.

Yes marcus they are heating only
