Its mandatory to have CO monitor installed in every residential unit. Does LEED specify how to use the output from the CO monitor? Should It be connected to the BMS system to act on a continuous reading? or Could it be a standalone sensor that sets off an alarm when the CO readings reach a threshold? What should be the threshold in such cases?
