LEED v4 Healthcare – Potable Water Valve Documentation

For a LEED v4 Healthcare project, is a manufacturer’s confirmation letter stating compliance with NSF/ANSI 372 or AB1953 sufficient for the potable water valve requirement, or is a formal certificate from an accredited body required?
