Number of sample Locations for IAQ Testing for EQ Credits

I have a new office ~4,000 sq. ft.

It is heated and cooled by one Variable Refrigerant Flow unit on the roof that feeds nine Fan Coil Units within the space.

Are the number of sample locations based upon one HVAC Unit(VRF) or nine(FCU)
