I am trying to find confirmation that completing both options 1 & 2 will give my project more points than just completing one or the other. The wording on USGBC is confusing to me and does not clarify if completing both is going to achieve more points than just completing one. Thanks.

The language states you can do Option 1 "AND/OR" Option 2..."and/or" Option 3 with each option being worth one point but ultimately, you can only do two with the max points being two. It's easier to just apply for the LEEDv4.1 version substitution of the credit (on LEEDonline Credits page). the LEEDv4.1 version does a better job of cleaning up the language (removing the third option) and making it easier to attempt.
