NC-v4 EAc2:Optimize energy performance

MEPC and Timing

Hi All,

I am new to LEED and curious if anyone could share how long it took them to complete the MEPC table (and maybe project size for comparison)? I am working on an 11-story approx. 750,000ft2 multi-use building and expecting it to take around 60 hours to complete the table.

Would love to hear others' experience to determine if I am being too detail-oriented or if this is typical?

Thank you!

That seems like an exaggeration. I would estimate 1-2 days of time. Some of that is dependent upon how you have built your energy model and how familiar you are with where to get the information. Sounds like you have not done this before? How much of your time estimate is your learning curve vs the amount of time it takes to fill it out if one was familiar with it?
