I’ve registered a LEED project under the campus approach, which includes a hotel, residential apartment buildings, and a few standalone villas. I initially considered the entire development under LEED BD+C: New Construction, but I’ve recently heard that villas might fall under LEED for Homes instead.
Can anyone clarify whether I need to certify the villas separately under LEED for Homes, or can they remain under BD+C NC as part of the campus certification? I wasn’t aware of this distinction when I registered the project.
