MERV 14 and WELL

For projects pursuing WELL certification in tandem with LEED, MERV filtration requirements are already being met, and ventilation strategies are outlines in the Sequence of Operations as part of the Cx Plan, and shown in typical mechanical drawings.  As such, there was so tangible design impact.

Hi Chris, I concur. For projects already targeting WELL and ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2016 compliance, this is a very feasible pilot credit.
