Has anyone used sensors as a replacement for testing? We have numerous LEED+WELL projects and it seems ridiculous that we can use sensors to replace rigorous Performance Verification Testing with sensors for WELL, but that we would still need to do IAQ testing for LEED, when these exact parameters can be measured 24/7 365 days per year with sensors. If LEED and WELL are supposed to work together, why would LEED not except sensors for this credit, the same way WELL does for the Air features that require this testing? Has anyone tried to submit sensor data for this feature or WELL documentation for this feature?
