How to Model Units that are sized for Dehumidification in Labs

Hi,

So I am working on a Lab LEED project and majority of the units are sized for lower SA temp in the range of 48-50 F, because of the dehumidification required by the lab. But when I am modeling the baseline we need to supply 55F with 5 F reset. How should I model those units in baseline?

The Baseline lab systems should be modeled as System 5 or 7 (assuming G3.1.1 exception c applies) with a supply air temperature difference of 17 F based on the exception to G3.1.2.9.1. The humidity control setpoint should be modeled identically to the Proposed design.
