NC-v4.1 EAp2:Minimum Energy Performance

modeling baseline Service Water heater per ASHRAE 90.1 2016 table G3.1.1-2

Hi,

I am working on a 6-floor residential building with two non-residential floors. For proposed case, the building uses two water heaters, one is a heat pump, connected to a geothermal loop and another electric. Since ASHRAE 90.1 2016, table G3.1.1.1-2 categorizes the baseline heating method based on building type, are we supposed to use two domestic water heating loops, one for Dormitory and one for Office? I am using section G3.1.1 exception b for HVAC systems.

Thanks in advance,

Pramod

Ok. New LEEDuser staff: please do not just open the floodgates of spam. Vet these URL containing posts and actually weed out the junk!

I can't believe I had 3-4 post responses held up with these for 2 months.
