Hi,
WHat is the right way to model OA for LEED if Outdoor unit selected is bigger than what we sized for, for example for an RTU if the Min OA sized is 16,000 CFM but we selected Outdoor unit with 18000 CFM of OA, what is the right way to model it model it with 16,000 CFM or 18,000 CFM. We have 18,000 CFM on the Schedules.

Model it at the volume the units are scheduled to operate at based on the drawings. I have had where units are sized larger like you describe, and we include a balance schedule to show one value is for sizing/capacity and the other for operation based on the design. This covers units that are designed for future expansion also.
