Is there any forum on LEEDuser for the LEED v4.1 Communities Rating System? I wanted to see the approaches taken by other Community Projects for achieving the Energy and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Management prerequisite and credit. The LEED v4.1 Cities & Communities Reference Guide references the ASHRAE 90.1 and 209 standards which are energy simulation standards (App. G of 90.1). Does this mean energy modelling is required for each building within the community to demonstrate compliance to this credit? If not, what are the strategies for complying with this credit since I have been unable to find any successfully implemented strategies from past projects.
