I’m working on an existing building re-certification in Calgary AB, and have already uploaded some documents to the ARC platform. According to the instructions, the score should update automatically so I can review and make improvements, but it hasn’t changed at all.
I’ve tried contacting CAGBC and reaching out to Arc Skoru via email, but I haven’t had any luck getting a clear answer. Does anyone have a direct contact or number I can use to get support and look into a specific project with me?
I’m new to this forum, so apologies if this isn’t the right place to ask. Thanks in advance for any help!
