LBC - Waste Requirements

Hi Friends, 

I'm working on an SOP for construction waste management for LBC core and LBC materials petal projects and wanted to get your input on the comingled facility requirements. According to the guidelines, any waste that goes to a comingled facility must be a facility that has an average diversion rate of 80% or higher as a facility. First of all, this is VERY unlikely to exist in most places. Second, if we have a load of 100% metal (for example) that is taken to that comingled facility, does this need to be an 80%+ diversion average facility too?? 

Looking for contractors with LBC experience here to weigh in on what they have seen on projects.
