Only FSC should count as a preferred paper product under Green Cleaning

In the Green Cleaning credit under Janitorial Paper options, both FSC and SFI are listed. FSC is global and holds to a high standard. The other option should be removed, as it represents more business-as-usual forestry and opens the door to programs globally (through PEFC) that are not as rigorous as FSC.
