Switching Options Post-Preliminary Design Review

We are pursuing Option 2 and received comments in the preliminary design review that makes this option not tenable, but we believe we can achieve Option 1. Has anyone switched options post-preliminary design review successfully?

Short answer: yes. Provide your rationale for the change.

Be aware too, that you only have the one final review to see if what you submit is acceptable, so be thorough in your approach.

Thumbs up to Deborah. We have changed options after a review has occurred on this credit. In fact, the four points were awarded with the Walk Score path.   Owner directed team to push up to Gold late in the project, so we re-submitted this credit in the final construction application with a brief explanation as to why we moved over to the denisty calc option (it provided 5 points).  GBCI approved the switch in this instance.
