CI-v4.1 LTc2:Surrounding Density and Diverse Uses

Diverse Uses

I am part of a project in São Paulo, Brazil, that is located less than 800m walking distance from two shopping centers entrancies. Can I count all the uses within the shopping centers using the distance from the project entrance to the malls main entrancies or should I calculate the walking distance within the malls' floors as well?

I didn't counted any distance - it was approved that it's within a distance since it's in the same mall.
