Hi, we are modeling an aquatic center where we have open floors and we are heating the floors with Radiant heating to 84F floor temp, now the floor is being open to enviornment , so in the energy model whenever I am trying to heat the floor because of delta T between floor and outdoor enviornment , temp of the floor is never reaching the setpoint because of the heat being rejected to the enviornment, the other thing is what should be the baseline system for these floor heating system since this is open to the space and is part of the building?
TIA

So are you asking how you should model the radiant floor system?
I think that natatorims and outdoor pools are process loads so the baseline is modeled identically. If you want to show savings you need to do an exceptional calculation.
