Pilot-Credits EQpc105:Lead Risk Reduction

LEED / WELL Crosswalk

Our project is pursuing LEED/WELL concurrently, as such we used the LEED/WELL crosswalk guidance to demonstrate compliance with this pilot credit. The WELL documents were included within the WELL application.

So - it's statement, not a question ;^). Interesting if it would be accepted by GBCI - keep us informed, please.

the requirement for all pilot credits is to "participate in the LEEDuser pilot credit forum". Hence my post, screen shot & upload to LEED Online in efforts to eliminate the "participate in the LEEDuser pilot credit forum" comment from GBCI.  If the applicable preconditions of the WELL application are met, then this pilot credit should be achieved per the 'WELL to LEED BD+C' crosswalk availbable for download at: https://www.usgbc.org/resources/well-leed-bdc

Good if GBCI accepts such variant of participation (statement only).

We received the preliminary LEED review report today. All items from the WELL crosswalk were submitted successfully HOWEVER the GBCI provided a comment that requires the building to be built before 1986 to allow this WELL crosswalk credit. This requirement is listed in the pilot credit language but is not noted by the crosswalk.  Hope this post helps others who may be evaluating the WELL / LEED crosswalk on this pilot credit.  Good Luck!

I sent a note into LEED Coach on this issue and they went ahead and awarded the pilot credit based on adherence to the WELL Features as noted within the LEED/WELL Crosswalk.
