Hi LEED Experts, I would like to ask: Is it a must to have only 1 key CxA person who will sign all the MEP functional testings? My CxA team has 2 people with qualified CxA profiles and we work together on a project. So can we submit 2 key CxA profiles and each of us will sign different functional test sheets?
Thank you very much.

It is typical for the Commissioning work to be conducted by a team that consists of onsite Commissioning Providers, managament Commissioning Providers, and administrative Commissioning providers - all overseen by the Commissioning Team Lead.
LEED reviewers are looking to confirm that the name of the Commissioning Provider who witnessed the functional test is the same as the Commissioning Provider's experience letter.
It is typical for the project to have a MEP Commissioning Provider and a Building Envelope Commissioning Provider. For bigger / more complex jobs there may be a M CxP and E CxP and P CxP...and even a Renewable Energy Commissioning Provider (CxP).
As always, provide an explanation with your teams approach and I would expect GBCI approves multiple CxP working together.
Also may be a good idea to bounce this question over to LEED Coach, then upload their response within the LEED application.
Good Luck!
