Hello LEED community!
I'm currently working on a project aimed at earning the Innovation Pilot Credit for Heat Island Mitigation using Cool Walls, and we’re using Sherwin Williams paints. Unfortunately, the manufacturer hasn't provided the Thermal Emittance values for the paints we're using. Has anyone successfully documented this Pilot Credit by comparing the paint used in your project with another paint, but from the same manufacturer that includes SRI and Thermal Emittance values? If so, how did you approach the comparison and documentation?
