Retail-CI-v4.1 MPR1:Must be in a permanent location on existing land

Air Curtains for a Fit-out

Hi,
I am working on the LEED certification for a store whose interiors are revamped and the store is being prepared. Is putting vestibules or curtains mandatory under the LEED ID+C 4.1 standards? or Is it only the matter of earning few points under this category?
