You can look that up in the v4.1 Guide published on the USGBC website. https://www.usgbc.org/articles/leed-link-leed-v41-guides Here is what it says: Exemplary Performance Tier 1: renewable energy generation meets or exceeds 25% of total site energy use.
Tier 2: renewable energy procurement meets or exceeds 60% of total site energy use.
Exemplary performance is not available for Tier 3 renewable energy procurement.

Thank you, Marcus. I reviewed the Reference Guide v4.1 and I am wondering if the exemplary performance compliance threshold applies to all Rating Systems, as in v4 there is a different threshold for Core and Shell.

Did you check the Interpretations? That is the only other place I can think of that would differentiate the rating systems in v4.1 since it has not been incorporated into the Reference Guide.

I will check. I have also directly contacted the GBCI with this inquiry. I will post their response as soon as I receive it. Thank you once again, Marcus.

I got this answer: "Dear Sofia,  Yes, USGBC confirmed that the thresholds are the same for all rating systems"   So it seems there is no threshold variation on this credit on v4.1
