Does every "object" outside of 25 feet count? The "quality" views would be facing a parking lot and then there are the backs of retail buildings 300 feet away. Do these reatil buildings count as the objects greater than 25 feet away? Theoratically, these are not what I would call quality views, but they seem to comply with the credit.
I guess it seems too easy and I feel like I'm missing something.
