LEED Review Process

Hello,

This seems like a silly question, but I can't find an answer anywhere. I'm trying to understand how the process works for the final review. Please let me know if my understanding is correct.

I hit the checkmark to resubmit credits I want to be reviewed for final design.

I don't hit the checkmark if I want to delay resubmitting until construction.

What do I do about anticipated credits? Are they automatically awarded? Do I have to submit them again?

Is there any resource that explains this process in detail?

Thanks!

Here is a link that explains the LEED review process:  https://www.usgbc.org/tools/leed-certification/commercial You are correct, you hit the checkmark (to make it green) for the credits you want to subnit in the final.  If you want to delay submission until the construction appliation you must "withdraw" the credit. (and then change to "attempt" after the final design review is returned by GBCI) "anticipated credits" are automatically awarded, you do not need to resubmit them.

Thanks,  That was exactly what I needed to know.  If I don't withdraw a credit that was already submitted or mark it ready for review, LEED views that as accepting their response?

You will have to check off "accept review" before submitting for the next round, and at the end, before the project can be awarded LEED [whichever level]

Thanks Deborah and Dave! I've been struggling with finding step-by-step instructions for the actual physical mouse-click part of this process, so this has been extremely helpful.
